District Center

Following a successful RFP, Newmark was asked to formally present a leasing and marketing strategy for 555 12th Street, NW, currently known as District Center, in downtown Washington, DC. The custom-designed pitch deck was made entirely in-house, beginning with shooting and editing building photography that was implemented throughout the deck, and culminating with a creative follow-up piece to highlight the personality of the team and deep understanding of the neighborhood and how to successfully tell the property’s story.
